In Store Purchases:

For items that are purchased at our retail location, we accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Please note some items are not available to be returned - those items are listed below.

Returns must be in their original condition, with original packaging and tags still in place. 

Online Purchases:

For items that are purchased via our website, we offer store credit within 14 days  of the delivery date. We do not pay for return shipping and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend sending your returns with insurance and a tracking number. Please note some items are not available to be returned - those items are listed below.

For items that arrive broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package by emailing stephanie@thacherandspring.com with photos of your items.

Unfortunately, many retailers are subject to fraudulent return activity. Returns may be declined based upon our refund verification system, which is used to process and track returns to monitor abuse of our store policies. We have the right to refuse a return based on repetitive return activity, returns after products are used (this includes for photoshoots and/or any professional/personal use) or for any of the restrictions listed above.
